Charcuterie Platter
3 cheeses, 2 meats, 2 lbs. total, serves 10-15 people; $100
A combination of cheeses, including Brie, Manchego, and Comté. Substitute Bleu d'Auvergne for one of these cheeses if a blue cheese is desired. Salami and dry sausage.
In addition to cheese and charcuterie, platters come with membrillo (Spanish quince paste), marcona almonds, dried apricots, candied pecans, and crackers.
**Mention in the notes if you'd like one of your cheeses to be blue, your salami to be spicy, and also if you have any allergies to nuts or gluten.**
We require 48h notice for platters through the end of the year and recommend you pick up the platter the day you plan to serve it.
